By using Live Studios and accessing our premium video assets, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Agreement to terms
Refund policy summary: Full refund within 7 days. Partial refund (minus one month’s fee) between 8–30 days.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Live Studios website, products, and services. By purchasing or using our Video Creator Bundle, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
License & usage rights
- Personal & Commercial Use: All assets (templates, LUTs, sound effects, stock footage) are licensed for both personal and commercial projects.
- No Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any asset as a standalone product. Assets must be incorporated into your own projects.
- One User License: Each purchase is for a single user. For team or multi-user access, please contact us for enterprise pricing.
- Attribution: No attribution is required for using our assets in your projects.
All assets are provided “as is” and are compatible with major editing software including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
Refund & cancellation policy
- 7-Day Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- 8–30 Day Partial Refund: Between 8 and 30 days, you will receive a refund minus one month’s subscription fee.
- After 30 Days: No refunds are available after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

In no event shall Live Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased bundle.
