Refund eligibility & conditions

• 7-Day Full Refund: Requests submitted within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• 8–30 Day Partial Refund: Requests submitted between 8 and 30 days will receive a refund minus one month’s subscription fee (the equivalent of 30 days of access).
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or the email used at checkout.
• Technical Issues: If you experience any technical problems, we offer support and troubleshooting before refunding.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Fair use & exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds, or if the assets have been widely distributed. However, we always review each case individually.

If you’re unsatisfied with a specific asset (e.g., a template or LUT), we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit as an alternative.
